Sport Clips Haircuts of Burnsville is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing men’s and boys’ hair salon. This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys hair cutting, coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with confidence and integrity.

Managers typically earn $34 - $41 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and performance bonuses - with unlimited earning potential.

Salon Manager requirements

• Active Minnesota cosmetology license or barber license
• Management experience preferred, including salon, spa, retail, or store management

Our Sport Clips store in Apple Valley is opening soon! We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team.  As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.

The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

Our managers start with a base of $17/hour but average $32 and up per hour including tips and commission. The salon manager is also eligible for generous bonuses, profit sharing, etc. based on store performance.
