Requirements:

*  Manager's Salon License

*  Active Minnesota Cosmetology license

*  3+ years of Salon experience. A passion for styling men and boys.

*  1+ years of Management experience staffing a team.

*  Coach-able on the Sport Clips Process and desire to be an artist expert in men's and boy's styling.

*  Commission experience

Our Sport Clips store in Apple Valley is opening soon! We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team.  As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.

The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

Our managers start with a base of $17/hour but average $32 and up per hour including tips and commission. The salon manager is also eligible for generous bonuses, profit sharing, etc. based on store performance.
