What You’ll Earn:

$36–$46 per hour for full-time flexible hair stylists, plus retail and service bonuses and tips

$72,000–$92,000 annually is typical for managers at this location

Monthly and quarterly manager bonuses for exceeding goals

SPORT CLIPS HAIRCUTS (Northern Virginia Area) is NOW HIRING a FULL TIME AREA SALON MANAGER ASSISTANT (MUST BE A LICENSED HAIR STYLIST) to train with AREA MANAGER and support 7 Sport Clips salons in Virginia. This position involves travel, phone/computer work, and strength in Men's Haircutting.  PAID CUTTING & LEADERSHIP TRAINING! 

Pay is composed of $17-$20 Hourly Base Pay PLUS Quarterly Bonus Structure based on measurable increases in Store Performance per Store and per Metric and TIPS from working on the floor, if necessary.
