Sport Clips Haircuts of Fairfax is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing men’s and boys’ hair salon. This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering consistent, high-quality customer experience.

As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with confidence and integrity.

Managers typically earn $30–$50 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and performance bonuses.

Sport Clips Haircuts of Haymarket is now hiring a Full-Time Salon Manager Hair Stylist at 6434 Trading Square (near Starbucks and Smoothie King).

Located next to KOHL'S and Walmart in Haymarket off I-66 at Rte 15.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and career-driven licensed cosmetologist or barber to lead our team of hair stylists. This is a haircutting position with paid leadership training, strong earning potential, and great benefits.

What You’ll Earn:

$36–$46 per hour for full-time flexible hair stylists, plus retail and service bonuses and tips

$72,000–$92,000 annually is typical for managers at this location

Monthly and quarterly manager bonuses for exceeding goals
