JOB DESCRIPTION
Our salon in Hagerstown Maryland is looking for talented salon managers who are passionate about cutting hair, making their clients look great, and creating a fun, team-oriented salon culture. Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our team members so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. Managers base salary is 39,000 annually NOT including tips, retail commissions, and incentives. Managers average $1,000 - $1,600 monthly in tips. Managers also have the ability to earn a monthly focus bonus of $400 - $600 or more, if quarterly store goals are met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* A valid Maryland cosmetology and/or barber license.
* Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Must work a minimum of (40) hours per week and be able to adjust your schedule and hours to meet store, client, and team member needs.
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* Industry passion.
* Proficient, well-versed, and efficient in all types of men's and boys' haircuts and textures.
*Ability to perform an average of 1.7Â - 2.2 haircuts per hour.Â
* Must possess product knowledge and the ability to upsell products and coach team members on how to properly upsell products to clients.
* Able to efficiently navigate Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Zoom. Must be able to properly operate a laptop, printer, scanner, and copier.
* Efficient in basic math skills.
*Positive attitude.
* Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate performance.
*Strong interpersonal communication and listening skills.
* Ability and willingness to lead by example.
