This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys hair cutting, coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with confidence and integrity.

Managers typically earn $31 - $38 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and performance bonuses - with unlimited earning potential.

Our salon in Grimes is looking for talented Salon Managers who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base; the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. Want to stay up to date on the latest trends? At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends.
