Your Main Responsibilities

• Help oversee daily operations and keep the store running at a high level
• Mentor and develop stylists through coaching and hands-on training
• Champion outstanding client service and retail sales performance
• Participate in recruiting and building a strong team
• Maintain excellent store presentation and cleanliness standards
• Support local marketing efforts and client retention in the Danville area

What We're Looking For

• Leadership or management experience (salon or retail preferred)
• Active Illinois Cosmetology license required
• Outgoing, positive attitude with strong people skills
• Goal-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay plus service and retail commissions

QUALIFICATIONS:

A valid state cosmetology or barber license. ✂️

Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in the store. 💄

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. 🧹
