Sport Clips Haircuts in Willowbrook is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Do
- Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination
- Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
- Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services
- Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture
What We’re Looking For
- Active Illinois Cosmetology or Barber License
- Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred)
- Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
