We're looking for an energetic, motivated Store Manager who is passionate about the hair industry and ready to take their career to the next level. You'll lead a talented team, drive business success, and create a positive, fun salon environment where both Team Members and Clients love to be.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of talented Stylists and Barbers
- Create an outstanding client experience every day
- Drive store performance and profitability
- Recruit, train, and mentor future leaders
- Manage daily salon operations while continuing to do what you love behind the chair
Compensation
Store Managers earn an average of $52,000–$85,000+ annually, with top-performing leaders earning even more.

What We're Looking For
- Valid Illinois Cosmetology or Barber License
- Leadership or management experience preferred (salon experience is a plus, but not required)
- Passion for the beauty industry and helping others succeed
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow
