Job Title: Salon Manager at Sport Clips 

Location: Nampa, Idaho

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salon Manager to join our team and lead our talented stylists. As a Salon Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a positive, high-performing team while providing exceptional service to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and coach a team of stylists, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals.

Commit to and uphold Sport Clips’ values, standards, and goals.

Master our proven 5-point play system and ensure it’s executed with every client, every time.

Perform a variety of salon services, including consultations, barber-style cuts, washes, and styles.

Drive client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Recruit, train, and retain talented stylists while fostering a positive work culture.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid Cosmetology or Barber license in Idaho.

Extensive knowledge of salon products and sales techniques.

Ability to execute services efficiently, performing at least two haircuts per hour.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Flexible schedule with the ability to work a minimum of 80 hours per pay period, including regular opening, closing, and weekend shifts.

A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to independently solve problems.

Manager Benefits:

Competitive salary of $1,850 bi-weekly.

Bi-weekly focus bonus of $350.

Health insurance subsidy covering $255 per month through Blue Cross.

$3/hr Saturday and $4/hr Sunday shift differentials.

In addition to normal PTO accrual, managers receive 80 hours of PTO annually for holidays & self-care days. Plus, earn an additional $200 annually to use on self-care expenses.
