JOB DESCRIPTION

Our salon in  Mt. Pleasant is looking for talented hair stylists who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. We try to do things a little differently on Team Patulski of Sport Clips.  We know the most important part of our success if having happy stylists, that love to come to work.  It's always our goal to look out for everyone's best interest and find out what each individual's needs are.  Some times that is work/life balance, or perhaps money, and maybe a desire to advance in their salon career.  We value what you value and want to do our best to fit your needs.

We are now offering Aflac to our employees.  Aflac has many policies to choose from including disability, maternity leave, dental/vision and even pet insurance. 

Our team felt it important that our stylists have the coverage for the important things that happen in life.  Stylists don't typically have lots of benefits too choose from in their career.  So, we found it important to make sure everyone is taken care of, especially in vulnerable times.  We were particularly excited to offer the disability insurance.  This allows for MATERNITY LEAVE!  We know that's hard to come by and hope this helps out our future stylists and mother's.

Our team members make excellent pay, averaging at least $27-$41 an hour.  Every one is given a flexible schedule with paid vacation available.  

If you are right out of cosmetology school, we have an excellent training program.  You will be taught everything you need and have mentors help guide you through that journey as a new hair stylist.

For experienced stylists and barbers, our stores are filled with clients and you will never be waiting long for your next customer.  There is a ready-made clientele waiting for you, all we need is for you to give us a chance.
