Our Sport Clips store in Frisco - Preston is looking for an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team.  As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. With an existing large client base, you will be joining an established team with lots of resources to ensure your success!

The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team of hair stylists & barbers to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between cutting hair on the floor and coaching the team to be successful.

Our managers typically earn $30-45 per hour including base pay, tips and bonuses. Base wage starts at $19, and over 70% of our managers make over $70,000 per year (including tips, commission and bonuses)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our salon in Frisco (next to Chick a fila and Walmart) is looking for talented hair stylists who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. If you are interested in growing and learning in your cosmetology career, we encourage you to apply to one of our hair salons today.

Our base pay starts at $15! Stylists typically average $25 - 35 per hour including base pay, tips, and incentives.
