Guaranteed base pay starts at 15/hour, plus bonuses and tips, with typical total earnings of $25–$35/hour. Total earnings vary based on Client volume and performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you'll work
- Strong Client service and communication skills
