Our salon in Southend - Charlotte, NC (Next to Greystone Pub) is looking for a talented Salon Manager who loves to help their team of hair stylist achieve their best lives while making a lasting impact on the communities they serve! The ideal candidate should be a licensed hair stylist and have a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

We offer ongoing training, collaborative culture, and GREAT PAY. Our great Salon Managers earn +$80k annually! On average, our Salon Managers earn $62,000 - $83,000 annually.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Assist in the overall management and supervision of salon operations.
    * Provide guidance, support and development to hair stylists and coordinators.
    * Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
    * Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
    * Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
    * Collaborate with the Regional Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    * A valid NC cosmetology license
    * Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
    * Ability to work a flexible schedule

Guaranteed Base pay is $15/hour, plus bonuses & tips (typical total $25–$35/hour). Total varies by client volume and performance.
