Sport Clips Haircuts of Manchester is looking for an energetic and dependable Assistant Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to coach team members, deliver an outstanding client experience, and support the continued growth of the salon.

The Manchester location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, an accomplished multi-unit salon operator known for developing strong teams and creating advancement opportunities for motivated professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership and support during assigned shifts
• Coach stylists on client service, productivity, and retail performance
• Help create schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels
• Welcome clients and help keep salon operations running efficiently
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts
• Maintain Sport Clips cleanliness and brand standards
• Assist the Store Manager with achieving sales and performance goals
• Help create a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a licensed cosmetology professional who enjoys working with people and wants to grow into a larger leadership role.

Qualifications include:

• Current Missouri Cosmetology license
• Previous salon leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative
• Ability to motivate others and lead by example
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
