About the Role
As Salon Manager, you'll oversee daily salon operations while continuing to do what you love behind the chair. You'll lead and mentor a team of stylists, deliver excellent haircuts, and help create a welcoming, high-performing salon environment.

Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling and team coverage
* Recruit, train, and mentor team members to help them grow their skills and careers
* Provide professional haircuts
* Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality clientexperience
* Maintain salon cleanliness, supply inventory, and adherence to safety and licensing standards
* Support store performance goals and client retention

Qualifications
* Active cosmetology or barber license (required)
* Previous hairstyling experience 
* Prior management, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment
