What You'll Do
As Assistant Manager, you'll help turn daily goals into daily success by:
- Delivering exceptional haircut experiences behind the chair.
- Coaching and encouraging teammates throughout the day.
- Helping maintain a positive, high-performing salon culture.
- Supporting scheduling, salon standards, and daily operations.
- Assisting with interviewing, onboarding, and developing new team members.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and helping resolve concerns.
- Celebrating wins while helping the team continuously improve.
- Leading by example through professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

- Hold a current Washington State Cosmetology or Barber License.

What We're Looking For
- Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
- Management experience preferred — salon, spa, retail, or store management
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience as a hair stylist or barber — men's cutting preferred
- Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
