Our Assistant Leaders work behind the chair while supporting the Store Leader with coaching, team development, and day-to-day salon operations.

We're also open to hiring at surrounding Hardy Nation locations. We have multiple NC Sport Cuts salons throughout the area and regularly hire stylists and leaders from Mooresville, Denver, Cornelius, Salisbury, Hickory, and Huntersville.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Store Leader with day-to-day salon operations
• Coach, support, and develop team members
• Work behind the chair while supporting the salon team
• Provide exceptional Client service
• Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members
• Partner with the Store Leader to achieve salon performance and sales goals
• Work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you'll work
• Strong Client service and communication skills
• Passion for developing and supporting others
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with the potential and desire to grow

As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and development of team members (hair stylists) and of our salon as well as assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and our hair stylists team members.

Guaranteed base pay with our Assistant Managers averaging $27 - $37 per hour after commission and tips.

    * Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
    * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
    * Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
