Our 10 locally owned & independently operated Sport Clips hair salons in the Triad Area are looking for talented leaders who are passionate about men’s hair and making their clients look great! Requirements:

   * A valid NC cosmetology license is required (unfortunately we can’t hire barbers)

   * Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
    * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a team of cosmetologist.
    * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    * Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
    * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
    * Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

 * Positions in Greensboro, Burlington, Kernersville, High Point, Clemmons, Winston-Salem (we are not able to hire Barbers – Cosmetologists only)

Sport Clips Haircuts of Durham, NC is hiring a Salon Manager to lead a high-performing men’s and boys’ hair salon. This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist who enjoys coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with integrity and confidence.

Salon Manager requirements:

* Active cosmetology license

* Management experience preferred, including salon, spa, retail, or store management

Sport Clips Haircuts of Charlottesville is now hiring a Full-Time Salon Manager Hair Stylist at 1650 Rio Road East.

Located next to Vitamin Shoppe and Jimmy John's by the new Home Depot and the mall.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and career-driven licensed cosmetologist or barber to lead our team of hair stylists. This is a haircutting position with paid leadership training, strong earning potential, and great benefits.

What You’ll Earn:

$36–$46 per hour for full-time flexible hair stylists, plus retail and service bonuses and tips

$72,000–$92,000 annually is typical for managers at this location

Monthly and quarterly manager bonuses for exceeding goals
