Our salon is looking for talented salon managers who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! JOB REQUIREMENTS
* A valid cosmetology or barber license in the state of Utah
* Ability to work full time hours
* Be able to work Morning Shifts, Night Shifts and at minimum every other Saturday.
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Industry passion.
* Manager experience prefered, but not required

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* A valid cosmetology or barber license
* Minimum of 80 hours a pay period with an expectation of working more when needed
* Open Availability, able to work nights and weekends when needed
* Requirement of 125 haircuts per pay period
* An ability to lead, coach and hold yourself and team accountable while maintaining a positive attitude
*Pro-ficient cutting skills that fall within Sport Clips time specification
*Ability to think critically and problem solve with focus on our Mission Statement, Values, and Standards
*Strong ability to brainstorm and execute recruiting new hires and retaining existing Team Member
