Our Sport Clips store in Tyler - Broadway is looking for an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team.  As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. With an existing large client base, you will be joining an established team with lots of resources to ensure your success!

The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team of hair stylists & barbers to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between cutting hair on the floor and coaching the team to be successful.

Our managers typically earn $30-45 per hour including base pay, tips and bonuses.

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain TDLR requirements
- Coach your Stylist Team Members to improve and maximize their skills and professionalism
- Cash management responsibilities - daily sales/deposit accuracy, regular cash bank deposits, discount management and tracking
- Understand Salon Ultimate to track salon's performance - daily/weekly/quarterly/ annual sales

- Complete monthly product/retail inventory

- Attend and participate in performance meetings - bi-weekly and monthly

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of retail sales strategies and techniques
- Proficienct in various hair styling techniques, including barbering
