JOB DESCRIPTION
Our salon in Knoxville (Halls/Powell area) is looking for a talented manager who is passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so using the best coaches in the industry. If you are interested in growing and learning in your cosmetology career, we encourage you to apply to one of our hair salons today.
The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. Our managers typically average $25-40 per hour including base pay, tips, and incentives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A valid TN cosmetology or barber license is required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Industry passion.
