Our salon is looking for talented salon managers who are passionate about leading their team and store, cutting hair and making their clients look great. Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. We offer WEEKLY pay - our Managers earn on average $30 - $35 per hour including tips BEFORE BONUSES!

Store Leader Requirements

• A valid North Carolina cosmetology or barber license
• Prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred (salon experience a plus)
• Passion for cutting hair and developing other stylists and barbers
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Reliable, committed to excellence, and genuinely cares about the team
