What You’ll Do:

* Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards

* Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination

* Coach and develop hair stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience

* Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture

* Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services

What We’re Looking For

* Active NC Cosmetology License

* Experience as a hair stylist (men’s cutting preferred)

* Passion for customer service and team development

* Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)

* Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
