Are you a North Carolina–licensed cosmetologist with strong leadership skills and a passion for developing others? Sport Clips on Ninth Street is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our high‑performing team. This role is essential to daily operations, team success, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations
-
Provide coaching, guidance, and development for stylists and coordinators
-
Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for clients and team members

Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires

Help drive sales, productivity, and overall salon performance

Ensure top‑tier customer service and client satisfaction

Stay current on industry trends and share knowledge with the team
Qualifications

Valid NC Cosmetology License

Previous salon leadership experience preferred

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Knowledge of in‑salon retail products
