Sport Clips Billings is hiring licensed cosmetologists and barbers who want more than just another salon job.

WHAT CAN YOU EARN?

Our compensation combines guaranteed hourly pay + tips + additional earning opportunities, with many stylists earning $30–$40+ per hour in total compensation.

And your starting wage isn't meant to be your finishing wage.

Our performance-based compensation plan gives stylists a clear path to increase their guaranteed hourly pay as their skills and performance grow.

• Valid Montana cosmetology or barber license
• Passion for the hair industry and taking care of clients
• Dependable and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn, grow and receive coaching
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Availability that may include evenings and weekends
