Compensation:

• Average stylist earns $27–$35/hour with tips, commission and bonuses

• $250 Sign-on bonuses available

Requirements:

• Valid Maryland Cosmetology or Barber License

• A passion for cutting men’s hair and providing an exceptional experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Team-oriented, positive attitude, and professional work ethic

• Willingness to learn and grow through training and feedback
