Your Role as Assistant Manager:

• Support the Salon Manager in daily operations and team leadership
• Deliver and coach the Sport Clips MVP experience
• Help recruit, train, and retain top talent

• Step in as manager-on-duty when needed

Qualifications:

• Active Cosmetology or Barber License (Kansas)
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong skills in men’s haircuts, fades, and grooming
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
