Your Role as Assistant Manager:
- Support the Salon Manager in daily operations and team leadership
- Deliver and coach the Sport Clips MVP experience
- Help recruit, train, and retain top talent

- Step in as manager-on-duty when needed
Qualifications:
- Active Cosmetology or Barber License (Kansas)
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong skills in men’s haircuts, fades, and grooming
