JOB DESCRIPTION

High volume, high-performing SportClips locations in NE Jacksonville looking for a motivated Hair Stylist or Barber, passionate, caring leader to take us to the next level. We have local owners and a talented Operations Director that want to develop you as a leader. We want someone who will drive sense of urgency, accountability, and client growth. Are you a passionate Hair Stylist or Barber that wants to build a team of great stylists? You will have the opportunity to share your expertise in cosmetology as well as develop new and existing Hair Stylists.

We will hire as a Hair Stylist or Barber; 90 day training period with the opportunity to become Assistant Manager if we both agree.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* A valid cosmetology or barber license
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Passion for Hair Industry
