JOB DESCRIPTION
Our salon is looking for talented salon managers who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. Want to stay up to date on the latest trends? At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. What we are looking for:
· Commitment to Sport Clips Values, Standards and Goals.
· An ability to lead, coach and hold yourself and team accountable while maintaining a positive outlook and attitude.
o Pro-ficient cutting skills that are consistently within Sport Clips time specifications
o Maintain satisfactory customer satisfaction rating 85%+
o Expectation of maintaining and/or improving store metrics in the Manager role
· Ability to think critically and problem solve with focus on our Mission Statement, Values, and Standards
· Schedule must accommodate the following requirements
o Minimum of 80 hours a pay period with an expectation of working more when needed
o Open availability, must work the following shifts regularly: 2 opening, 2 closing, Saturday, Sunday
o 5-day work week
o Minimum 120 haircuts a pay period
· Forward thinking with an ability to independently find solutions
· Strong ability to brainstorm and execute recruiting new hires and retaining existing Team Members

· In ADDITION to normal PTO accrual, Managers have access to a FULL 80 HOURS of PTO annually in recognition of holidays & self-care days PLUS Managers earn an additional $200 annually to spend on their selfcare days towards whatever they want!
· Salary rate of $2,090 bi/weekly (opportunities to increase every quarter!)
o Bi/weekly Focus Bonus earnings from $225 up to $675!
o $3/hr Saturday and $4/hr Sunday shift differentials
