Sport Clips Haircuts is looking for a motivated, energetic Salon Manager who is passionate about haircuts, team development, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain 85%+ client satisfaction

Perform quality haircuts within Sport Clips time standards

Drive and improve store performance metrics

Recruit, train, and retain top talent

Create a positive, accountable, and goal-driven team culture

Problem-solve with a focus on our Mission, Values, and Standards

Schedule Expectations:

Minimum 80 hours per pay period (additional hours as needed)

Open availability required

Regularly scheduled: • 2 Opening shifts
• 2 Closing shifts
• Saturdays & Sundays

5-day work week

Minimum 120 haircuts per pay period

Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Base Salary: $2,090 bi-weekly
Quarterly Increase Opportunities
Bi-Weekly Focus Bonus: $225 – $675
Shift Differentials: • +$3/hour Saturdays
• +$4/hour Sundays

PTO & Self-Care Benefits:

Standard PTO accrual

PLUS an additional 80 hours annually (holiday & self-care recognition)

PLUS $200 annually to use toward your self-care days however you choose
