We’re excited to announce our new store in Roswell, GA and are hiring a Salon Manager and Assistant Managers to lead the way!

Salon Manager Role

As a Salon Manager, you’ll:

*Split your time between cutting on the floor, developing stylists, and managing day-to-day operations
*Help grow the store’s clientele and create an amazing experience for every guest

Pay Range:

Managers average $23–$40/hour including base pay, incentives and tips.

Qualifications:

* Valid GA cosmetology or barber license
* Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Assist in the overall management and supervision of salon operations.
    * Provide guidance, support and development to hair stylists and coordinators.
    * Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
    * Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
    * Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals.
    * Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
