This is a behind-the-chair management position. You will be on the floor cutting hair 35 hours per week targeting 65 haircuts per week.

Before becoming the salon manager you will go through an extensive training period for 8-12 weeks as a Senior Assistant manager to prepare you to be the best store manager you can be!

Job Purpose:

The Manager reports to the Area Manager and is accountable for the effective operation of the business. The Manager’s objective is to develop successful Team Members into leaders & to develop a profitable, growing business. The Manager is responsible for providing direction & control for day to day operations as well as Stylist duties. Must be able to multitask stylist duties as well as growing a team of 8+ stylists. Management duties include (but are not limited to) scheduling, inventory, marketing, improving the sales of the business, analyzing store reports, and can use Microsoft excel.
