JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a well motivated Salon Manager to join our Sport Clips team in Annapolis. We have been open since 2009 and have been the most productive salon in client count (regular and new) and in gross sales in the Mid- Atlantic region since we opened!! We are growing fast! The ideal candidate should be a licensed hair stylist and have a passion for the beauty industry, building their own team, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As an Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and development of team members (hair stylists) and of our salon as well as assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and our hair stylists team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall management and supervision of salon operations.
- Provide guidance, support and development to hair stylists and coordinators.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
- Collaborate with the Team Leaders to achieve revenue and sales goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A valid Maryland state cosmetology or barber license.
- Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
