We are looking for a Barber/Salon Manager to be responsible for our location’s day-to-day operations. We are a busy and well-established men and boys' haircutting salon. Barber/Salon Manager responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services, and hiring and training our team members. If you are ready to take your career to the next level and have excellent organizational abilities, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll be running the business with support from our team leaders.

-Oversee daily salon operations

-Hire and train stylists/barbers

-Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality

Skills

-Proven work experience in a salon or barbershop

Current Wisconsin Barber or Cosmetology License required

Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year + tips + bonus

Our Sport Clips salon in Zion is hiring!  We are located on Sheridan Road, across the street from Jewel, and next to Dunkin! 

We are looking for a Salon Manager who is also a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber to join our fun and family-oriented team.  As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.

The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between providing a championship haircut experience for clients and coaching the team to be successful.
