JOB DESCRIPTION

Our salon in Our salon in Greenfield (near Sendik's, two blocks west of 76th) is looking for a talented Assistant Manager who is passionate about cutting hair, making their clients look great, and helping to elevating talent by creating a winning team with the Store Manager.

Our ideal candidate will have management skills with a sharp business mindset. You should also be skilled at organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be very useful, since you’ll often be acting as a liaison between store manager, team members and clients.

 Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. JOB REQUIREMENTS

*A valid WI cosmetology or barber license
*Ability to work a flexible schedule
*Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
*Basic computer skills
*Management experience in a salon preferred however not required
*Industry passion.
