JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Sport Clips store in Rochester Hills is hiring! We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager who is also a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber to join our fun and family-oriented team.  As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to build a strong team of hair stylists that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.

Our Rochester Hills manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team of hair stylists to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading hair stylists to reach their highest potential and pay. The manager will be balancing time between providing a championship haircut experience for clients and coaching the team to be successful

Our manager pay will typically average $56,000-$75,000+ including tips and bonuses. Generous pay increases as the salon's sales increase.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A valid MI cosmetology or barber license

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Industry cosmetology passion.
