What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of stylists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Deliver top-notch service that exceeds client expectations.
Foster a welcoming, enthusiastic environment where clients and team members feel respected, important, and comfortable.
Demonstrate care through positive attitudes, behaviors, and exceptional verbal skills.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to build the Sport Clips brand and support each other’s growth.
Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff development.

Qualifications
* A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
* Proven leadership experience in a salon or similar environment.
* Commitment to ongoing education.
* Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Familiarity with a range of hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners and styling products.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

We are looking for a Barber/Salon Manager to be responsible for our location’s day-to-day operations. We are a busy and well-established men and boys' haircutting salon. Barber/Salon Manager responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services, and hiring and training our team members.
