Our management team averages $30-48 per hour (including base pay, tips & incentives)
As a Salon Manager, you will spend your time cutting hair on the floor, developing stylists, managing the day-to-day activities within the salon, and helping to grow the store’s clientele.

Qualifications:

•          A valid MD cosmetology or barber license

•          Ability to work a flexible schedule

•          Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

We are seeking a well motivated Salon Manager to join our Sport Clips team in Annapolis. We have been open since 2009 and have been the most productive salon in client count (regular and new) and in gross sales in the Mid- Atlantic region since we opened!! We are growing fast! The ideal candidate should be a licensed hair stylist and have a passion for the beauty industry, building their own team, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Overall management and supervision of salon operations.
    * Provide guidance, support and development to hair stylists and coordinators.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    * A valid Maryland state cosmetology or barber license.
    * Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
    * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    * Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
    * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
    * Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
