Job Description:
Sport Clips Haircuts in Lacey is seeking an Experienced Managers to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual with experience who desires to manage a high-volume store who is also a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber. Our team is fun and family-oriented, and as part of the management team, you will have the opportunity to build a strong team that provides excellent customer service, cares about each other and fosters a culture focused on achieving outstanding individual and salon results.
Core Responsibilities:
- Motivate and manage the team to deliver excellent results.
- Provide a championship haircut experience for clients.
- Lead stylists to reach their highest potential.
- Balance time between providing services and coaching the team for success.
