$36-46 PER HOUR FOR FULL TIME FLEXIBLE SALON  MANAGERS with Retail/Service Bonuses + Salon Manager Bonuses & GREAT TIPS!  A Good Salon Manager at this location typically earns $72,000-$92,000 annually. A great Salon Manager, $85,000-$105,000.

Quarterly Virginia Leadership Events & Annual Naitonal Leadership Events are paid and required attendance.  Lots of learning and lots of fun!
