Licensed Salon Manager

The Fort Collins SportClips, at Harmony Rd & Council Tree, is looking for a salon manager!!  This location is well established.

Our salon is looking for talented salon managers who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! JOB REQUIREMENTS

* A valid cosmetology or barber license
* Ability to work a flexible schedule. 
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Provides individualized hair services and treatments that meet the clients needs and expectations

* Educates clients and team on salon products,services,and treatments to assist them in maintaining their style

* Serves as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens while staying current in style and technique

* Promotes all salon products, services and treatments* Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry

* Creates and distributes team member schedules

* Controls payroll reports, logs, and discount tracking* Maintains store supplies and conducts inventory level

s* Takes  ownership of weekly reports, contests, and pep rallies

* People management, teaching, encouraging, and listening

* Recruits/Interviews potential sytlists  to build a strong team

* Works closely with Team Leaders to build a financially strong business
