Required Skills & Experience:
• Valid California Cosmetology License or Barber License
• 5+ years of proven experience working in a hair salon or barbershop with a strong track record of client satisfaction
• Strong technical haircutting ability and passion for coaching others
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Ability to train, mentor, and ensure staff maintain top-tier technical standards
