JOB DESCRIPTION

Our salon is looking for a talented salon manager who is passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* A valid cosmetology or barber license
* Minimum of 80 hours a pay period with an expectation of working more when needed
* Open Availability, able to work nights and weekends when needed
* Requirement of 125 haircuts per pay period
* An ability to lead, coach and hold yourself and team accountable while maintaining a positive attitude
*Pro-ficient cutting skills that fall within Sport Clips time specification
*Ability to think critically and problem solve with focus on our Mission Statement, Values, and Standards
*Strong ability to brainstorm and execute recruiting new hires and retaining existing Team Member
