Sport Clips Haircuts in Cedar Hill is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Do
- Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination
- Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
- Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services
- Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
- Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred)
- Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Our salon in Cedar Hill is looking for talented hair stylists who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. If you are interested in growing and learning in your cosmetology career, we encourage you to apply to one of our hair salons today.
Our stylists typically average $25 - 32 per hour (including base pay, tips, and commissions)
