Our Managers earn an average of $35–$45/hr (base pay + tips + bonuses + incentives)

Compensation:

What You’ll Do:
* Assist the Store Manager with daily operations: scheduling, coaching, team performance, and more.
* Cut hair and deliver the same championship-level service as your stylists — you’ll still be on the floor.
* Support in recruiting, onboarding, and training new stylists.
* Mentor and develop stylists, helping them grow in skill, confidence, and career.
* Collaborate with management to hit revenue, retention, and guest satisfaction goals.
* Help maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, and brand delivery.

Compensation & Pay:
