What You’ll Do as a Sport Clips Manager

• Coach, develop, and inspire your team from the ground up
• Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and store performance
• Cut on the floor and deliver the MVP Experience
• Help establish and grow the store’s clientele and local presence

Compensation

• Average Manager pay: $35–$45/hr

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations: scheduling, coaching, team development, and performance
• Cut hair and deliver the same high-level service as your team — you’ll stay active on the floor
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training as the team is built
• Mentor and develop stylists, helping them grow in skill, confidence, and career
• Partner with leadership to drive revenue, retention, and guest satisfaction
• Help establish strong standards for cleanliness, organization, and brand delivery
• Contribute to building a positive, fun, team-oriented culture from day one

Compensation & Pay
