Compensation

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations: scheduling, coaching, team development, and performance
• Cut hair and deliver the same high-level service as your team — you’ll stay active on the floor

• Mentor and develop stylists, helping them grow in skill, confidence, and career
• Partner with leadership to drive revenue, retention, and guest satisfaction

If you love men’s and boys’ haircuts and want reliable income without the stress of building a book, this could be the right fit for you.
