 What You’ll Do

• Support the Salon Manager in daily operations and team leadership
• Coach, mentor, and develop stylists and coordinators
• Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
• Help drive sales, performance, and store growth
• Stay current on trends and share knowledge with your team
• Foster a positive, welcoming culture for both clients and team members

 What We’re Looking For

• Active Cosmetology or Barber License (NC or transferable)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Passion for the beauty industry and team development
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability (including evenings/weekends)
