 What You’ll Do

• Support the Salon Manager in daily operations and team leadership
• Coach, mentor, and develop stylists and coordinators
• Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
• Help drive sales, performance, and store growth
• Stay current on trends and share knowledge with your team
• Foster a positive, welcoming culture for both clients and team members

 What We’re Looking For

• Active Cosmetology or Barber License (NC or transferable)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Passion for the beauty industry and team development
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability (including evenings/weekends)

Our busy salon on South Blvd (busy walking area) is looking for talented hair stylists who are passionate about cutting hair and making their clients look great! Our team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a large client base, and the ideal candidate for this role has similar goals in mind. At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends.
